Taste of Tasmania, Wine & Oyster Bar
The Taste is the major food and wine event in Tasmania, and the premier event of the Hobart Summer Festival. In it’s 17th year The Taste continues to delight crowds of local, intrastate, interstate and international visitors who flock to Princess Wharf on Hobart’s waterfront to soak up the atmosphere of the State’s largest annual event which runs for 9 days from. 27 December. It attracts around 180,000 visitors annually
The Rotary Club of Howrah has had a Wine and Oyster bar for the last six years and the 9 days work has been a great fundrasier and a wonderful way for members, their families and friends to start the new year.
Our final participation was in 2008 - but they were great memories and we'll miss greeting visitors and regular locals.
